JEFF GORDON - #24 2009 Chevy Impala COT. 2009 Action 1/24 Scale PROTOTYPE. DuPont GOLD CHROME Paint Scheme.
RARE DNP (Did Not Produce) - Failed Inspections. Awesome, and very rare, addition to any JEFF GORDON Collection!
Car is in excellent condition. Prototypes are passed around for approvals, and could have some I didn't see. Prototypes may have different features and graphics than the production models.
Sometimes they are hard to spot - not here! Looks like the original design team really botched this one! Flame colors are completely incorrect.
Nicorette on rear fenders (produced version had National Guard). Sparkle on rear window panel (National Guard on produced).
Goodyear straight across front fenders (produced was curved around the shape of the wheelwell). Older style PEPSI logo on side (produced version got the newer one). Different graphics/logos on the side of the rear wing and B Pillar. White Chevy Bowtie on front of car.
There's probably even more, but these are what I found from looking at other people's photos. Comes in the original styrofoam as shown, Fabric sock with holes cut in it for screws, but no screws are included. Most prototypes are usually of less than 7 made (numbers vary over the years, and are not published). Please see the photos and ask any questions before purchasing.
