This is a limited edition S. Dupont Olympio Plume Fountain Pen 18K 750 M called Andalusia (Blue and Silver). It is one the 2500 made, specifically 1212/2500 and its serial number 481764M. This includes a Certificate of Authenticity and it's very lightly used. Please see images for details, and feel free to ask any questions.

These came from my grandfather who collected them for about 30 years and were never on display. Condition will mostly be Lightly Used or Like New. Please refer to pictures for condition, as there might be some light scratches.
