Limited to 1929 pieces in 2005 A gorgeous and elegant piece with a motif of traditional Native American decoration. A brilliant visionary, for the world - S. Dupont / France A 25-year-old photographer for Napoleon III with a sharp sense of aesthetics. A glorious history begins with Simon Tissot-Dupont, a young man with a vision to design special travel trunks with a unique style for the upper class of Paris.

In 1872, a workshop for travel bags and leather products was established on Rue Dieu in Paris. Various trunks were made for the upper class of society.

His works, beloved by the royal family and quickly becoming favorite items of the aristocracy, became the standard for the upper class around the world, including being treated as an official supplier to Les Grands Magasins du Louvre (Louvre Department Store), the world's largest retailer at the time. In 1919, the company was taken over by his two sons, Lucien and André, and moved to the current site of Dupont's workshop, the shores of a beautiful lake at the foot of the Alps, boasting the clearest water in Europe, and continued to grow steadily, developing a groundbreaking method of tanning leather. After coming under the umbrella of Cartier, the company gained many customers, including Hollywood actors Humphrey Bogart and Audrey Hepburn, and rose to become one of the world's top brands, with the theme of more beautiful, more expensive, more innovative. In 1973, the company released its first luxury ballpoint pen by special order.

Since then, the company has announced famous collaborations with James Bond 007 (UK), Andy Warhol (USA), Karl Lagerfeld (Germany), and has established its position as a writing instrument brand, following leather goods and smoking accessories. Dupont is now selected as a gift representing the country, and in 2013 was awarded the prestigious title of Intangible Cultural Heritage of France, and is continuing to grow. They are creating beautiful, luxurious writing instruments that bring joy to the owner one after another. See the pictures for more details.
