Marked "D - 18ct - 750". ST Dupont - Laque de Chine Paris. Made in France - Serial number - 1893/4000. "Art Nouveau" or "1900 style" is the name given to the upheaval that occurred in the major and minor arts between 1883 and 1914, across Europe and the United States. Poetic symbolism forms the inspirational framework of Art Nouveau; an invitation to suggestion, to dreams, to the imagination.

Dupont has chosen to pay special homage to the architect Hector Guimard by featuring the slender arabesque - symbol of the 1900 style - in a limited collection, and by using fine materials such as gold and Chinese lacquer. The Collection includes: 2 Line2 lighters: black and green (4000 each), 2 Fountain pens: black and green (4000 each), 2 Rollerball pens: black and green (4000 each), 2 keychains: black and green, 2 cigar cutters. The Fountain Pen is in excellent condition. It has been gently used and does not show dents, engravings nor any damage to the lacquer. Very nice and smooth "B" nib. Of course the authenticity is guaranteed. No box but will be carefully packed. A must have for the serious ST Dupont collector.
