Extremely RARE DOOR# 2006 Jeff Gordon #24 DuPont 75th Chicago Win Presidential Platinum. 1/24 scale NASCAR die-cast manufactured by Action. Car is in excellent condition and the box has very limited shelf wear from being in storage.

This car is number 24 (Door Number) of 75 ARC presidential platinum pieces randomly inserted into the total run of 2475 cars. Doing the math on this, there was a 1/2475 chance of landing the door number of this car, and a 3% chance of landing an ARC platinum car. Compounded, the odds of this car being produced were less than 1/30,000. This diecast commemorates Jeff Gordon's 75th NASCAR Cup Series win at Chicagoland Speedway on July 9, 2006. Gordon started the race in the lucky 13th position, and led a total of 20 laps.

Gordon passed the dominant car that day (Matt Kenseth's USG Sheetrock ride which led 112 of the 270 laps) on lap 264. Trying to regain the position, Kenseth spun out in turn 2 of lap 265. Gordon led the final 7 laps, holding off Jeff Burton's Cingular Wireless car for the victory, his first at the Chicagoland race track.
